The main point to this publishing is to convince us that we really do need help and this book provides the answers! There are a series of steps which are in sequential order. I'm not going to go through all the steps in this review but will do my best to cover the bases. For we all know, tea is a natural calmant, specifically green tea. The main ingredient being L-theanine helps bring down blood pressure to ease pressure on the heart.

One of the most interesting parts of this guide was the anxiety repgrogramming techniques. At way of giving it all awa, there are a number of things we can be doing everyday to help ourselves without the need of plastic surgeries or expensive wine. Yes I said it, no cost!
